Clarice's Centenary.
Len Griffin Comments:

"Wedgwood’s Centenary year reproductions are excellent quality and include Conical dredgers in Farmhouse, Orange Erin, a Melon Stamford teapot, milk and sugar, a Sunburst 10" Isis, and a Solitude plaque.

They decided to produce their pieces with printed design panels with hand-painted banding so that they can make them in large enough quantities, and at a price to suit the general buyer. They believe that the club’s completely hand-painted pieces are top-line products which need to be geared to a specialist collector market.  This fits perfectly with our belief that serious collectors seek items they are unlikely to find original examples of such as the Lido Lady and shape 464 vase which we are issuing this year. We plan to offer an example of one of these for sale on this site soon."
